Consultation

We start with a meeting at the site of renovation where we can discuss the dreams you have for your home. This meeting also gives you the chance to ask any questions you may have about our construction procedures and gives us an opportunity to ensure we're the right fit for your needs before the project begins. This will also be a time for us to discuss details like budgets, scheduling, contracts, etc.

Design

Next, we will discuss the finer details of your project. We will involve architects and interior designers if you are not working with one yet.

Plan

During this phase we will discuss the nitty-gritty details of the project such as the final schedule, finalizing material lists, and any last minute design tweaks you would like to make prior to beginning the project.

Build

This is the fun part. We will get prepared for demolition and construction which means protecting any portion of your home that may experience construction traffic; the floors in your home is typically where we start.  During demolition, we will ensure there is no dust or debris escaping the area of work. You don't like dust in your house, neither do we! As we bring your vision to life, we will provide you with regular updates to keep you up to speed on what is going on. This means scheduling from material deliveries, to inspectors, you will know exactly who will be visiting your home and when.

Completion

Once the project is complete and your space is cleaned, we will celebrate by walking through together. Nothing brings us more satisfaction than your joyful reactions as we admire the work we created together. Only when you are 100% satisfied, we will wrap up any final paperwork and be on our way, leaving you with a clean space and a level of craftsmanship you are proud of.
